What We Do

We have two overarching offerings, both of which can be done individually, in a group, with or without a horse, and in person or virtually.

Gestalt: This is the efficient, effective, experiential modality to heal trauma and vector you back to your most aligned self. Come in with something to work on or let your body show us what's up for you, and we'll clear it together.

Energy medicine: This is softer work, focused more on physical healing. Aspen works with her guides and collective entities to shift misalignments in your body. When Aspen works with a horse, there is a harmonic resonance created that alters the body. Shifts can be big or small, and they are never beyond what you can handle.

About Equine Gestalt

After two intensive years in the Touched by a Horse® Equine Gestalt Coaching Method certification program, Aspen Westin was certified as an Equine Gestaltist®. Beyond the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method program, Aspen is in continuing training to be a Master Gestaltist. Her work blends present-moment awareness, body-based processing, and the powerful, intuitive presence of horses to help clients release trauma that traditional talk therapy often can’t reach. You can experience Gestalt with or without a horse, and even virtually!

Gestalt is experiential—it helps you access the parts of yourself that got left behind during painful, overwhelming, or traumatic moments in life. In a session, you’re guided to safely revisit those moments, reclaim the pieces you lost, and shift long-held patterns at their root.

Equine Gestalt means the horse is your partner in healing. Each horse brings unique insight and energy to the work, intuitively tuning into what you need—whether it’s calm grounding or bold truth-telling. These horses don’t carry your pain; they mirror it back to you in a way that helps you feel what’s been buried and finally let it go.

Clients often say they drop years of pain in a single session. They leave it, quite literally, in the sand.

This work is hard to explain and impossible to forget. It’s healing, it's transformative, and it's permanent.
Six Points Center is graciously hosted by the Hoshaw family at Whispering Willow Ranch!

Aspen

Aspen

Aspen

Aspen knows what a crisis is like from the inside.

Three years of Gestalt training and intense personal work met her when her own crisis arrived, and she moved through it. Grace, in that season, didn't necessarily mean feeling good all the time. It meant staying present and processing the hard emotions whenever she could instead of running from them. (And accepting dissociation as her body's way to keep her safe when it needed to come.)

With the background of her training and support from her trauma-trained friends, Aspen emerged whole, empowered, more herself, with no lasting trauma. And she wants to share this strength with the world.

As a certified Equine Gestaltist® through the renowned Touched by a Horse program, and as a Crisis Concierge, Aspen works alone or partners with horses, including Tilly, to help others break free from the hell of the present or the shadows of the past. With compassion and deep intuition, she creates a space for clients to uncover their truth, release what no longer serves them, and experience life in a whole new way.

Aspen

Amazing things come in small packages!

Tilly is the horse that permanently altered Aspen's life and the lives of so many others. A highly sensitive, communicative mare, she helps her clients discover more of themselves, their worth, and their voice.

She inspired Aspen to find and live her purpose.

Tilly came here to eat snacks and change lives, and she already ate her snacks.

Values (the six points)

We are named for the six points  of contact a human and a horse have with the earth (our two feet and their four hooves). Additionally, there have been six points that informed Aspen's experience to reach a happier, healthier state. These are:

  • Presence: Awareness, mindfulness, non-judgment, observation, curiosity
  • Compassion: Acceptance, holding space for ourselves and others, finding love, feeling gratitude, respect for ourselves, kindness, forgiveness, attunement
  • Connection: Mind and body, going to the self for support, connecting with others by understanding them first
  • Trust: Understanding ourselves and how we work, authenticity, natural intuition, intention
  • Journey: Move forward, stay curious, accept ups and downs as the experiences that add flavor to life
  • Integrity: Honesty with yourself, taking responsibility, remaining in service to yourself, putting yourself first
